XLink Kai and XBConnect were only really hot back in the days of Halo 2 (which was an awesome game with lots of custom maps and mods).
I don't see much people online in Xlink Kai. Personally, I would rather play on Xbox Live, it's much faster to get connected and start playing online.

Xlink still runs games join a host in the US B.Ops modded game and what not you trying at the wrong times my guess US time zones you see them on if you have no Jtag forget it because that's where the 30m ping limit remover kicks in..
