just a wild idea but since the xbox is not a multie tasking system would it be possible to have an xlink dashbord on the x3. So all we have to do is connect the internet modem to the xbox and take away all the networking to the comp stuff because that would make my life alot easyer.

xlink only runs on Win and *nix systems. X3 would have to run a *nix enviroment. I would not hold my breath.

Running xlink is very simple.

I use XBMC as my dash; it has xlink support built in.

Assuming you have a broadband connection with a router distributing access to your computer and xbox...
all you have to do is run xlink on the PC in engine only mode
change the xlink settings in xbmc
fire up xlink in the My Programs area in XBMC
Chose the game, and hit play!

Couldn't be easier.

Like Jzor said. get latest XBMC. you run the engine only on PC (turn on walk away) All of the UI is intergrated to 11-15+ XBMC builds.

As long as both are on same router you are kosher.

Just wait patiently, I am sure there will be a solution to this eventually, until then they have made it as easy as possible. If you have an existing network you pretty much just plug it in and go.

Enamel Model Paint On 360 Case

So I'm wanting to paint my 360. I would like to airbrush it using enamel model paint from a bottle so I can mix my own colors. How well do you think this will adhere?

Re: Enamel Model Paint On 360 Case

I think if you prep the surface well you could have some luck. Let us know how it works. Maybe test it on the faceplate
