Is it me or does the PR guy have a penis complex ?

Im amazed how they think they are the #1 team - when its obvious to the whole scene that we've been #1 since the beginning when they were reading about OUR original developments. Even their sales dont even come close to the numbers we do - or the user base.

Surely their users realise that without our bios / developments and other bios's like evox working on their mods that they would be worthless to 99.9% of users ?

Their OS is nice as some kind of legal tool to distribute the chip - but its about a useful as any cromwell bios - people will just flash a bios thats actually worth doing anything with at all - but it isnt a patch on a hacked bios especially the X3 Bios - i laugh my ass off when xenium users say X3 bios is the same as xenium features apart from changing flubber colors lol - kinda gives you an idea of the brainwashing PR tactics results.

Dellusioned is the word for all their useless news posts and silly propoganda. Ah well we will just get back to giving you real features and products - we are also very much looking forward to our next X2 256k bios - it should make a certain few people realise what makes any modchip worth anything at all and which team really is #1 when it comes to xbox development.

Again this is no official press news - i dont want xbox-scene posting this on their news page. In fact im stunned they get sucked into the Xodus popaganda engine - we really dont want any part of it.

I see this PR campaign as an act of desperation, seriously. Everything I have seen posted by them is aimed at keeping the current users happy so they don’t jump ship. If an outsider or curious user happens to question them, you will be flamed, looked down upon, or just ignored. It’s doing nothing to put product in the hands of the end user, in fact I find it appalling and it pushes me away from whatever they may offer.

Team Xecuter on the other hand, continues to develop new features and product and delivers on it. Hey xecuter, if you really want to beat them at what they’re doing without having to say a word, raffle off a few X3’s for Xmas.

Yeah, I can't imagine ever owning another chip in my life. I bought my first xecuter chip (a 2.2 pro) way back because I did some looking and heard nothing but great things about you guys and decided to get one. I've since bought multiples for friends and they are as happy as I was.

anyone with an x3 in their box knows it's worth every dime, im not sucking up or being a loyalist here, because i will install any chip a client wants me to, but as for my personal boxes, x3 all the way baby.

doesnt take a genius to see which team works hardest at improving their products, and which team works hardest at sh*ttalking other teams to claw ahead.

12 days of xodus is amusing, those guys need to seriously reconsider their entire compaign, if both their dev team and userbase were a little less elitist, and actually worked harder on their product, it may actually be a real contender on the scene.., but alas, too busy laying paths of candy for users who huddle in a ball and cry at the idea of taking a soldering iron to their box.

Bluntly, this PR wave has provided a HUGE amount of amusement and a means to let off a little steam while dealing with end-of-year coding deadlines at my job. As such, I've spent a fair amount of time on Xodus's forum on x-s and hopefully haven't made *too* much of an ass of myself.

The thing is, I'm not really doing what I do because I'm an Xecuter fanboy; rather, I've purchased, installed and enjoyed a wide variety of products, and I sincerely think the Xecuter lineup is outstanding in terms of quality, reliabiliy and their software. I want people to be able to make their own decisions, but I'd hate to see a newbie who hasn't done much research be swayed over to buying a product (ANY product) based on false claims or hype instead of a serious comparison of features and value.

And the Xecuter hardware and bioses are top notch.

So thanks guys. We all really appreciate the time and effort you put into these things. Instead of blowing a lot of sunshine up our asses with constant insubstantive press releases, you're letting your products light up our xboxes and speak for the work you do.

X3 - It'll even cure cancer. :wink:

Wolf is right. Xodus is all words. This campaign is just because they know that XS front page is a big deal as it streams to XBMC, Ava, and others as RSS. The thing is that while Xodus has lots of blab and contests on there, TX always seems to be on there for REAL updates; new bios, CP, Pro Switch, XLCD.

Also while TX is making the modding scene better; X3, CP, ProSwitch, XLCD, TX HD extension, IR mod and other projects, Xodus is joining with Xtendcrapter and adding a single LED bar as an add on (ooooh).

My first chip was a Chameleon, good chip and it taught me a lot on how to mod. But since I used xbl a lot I decided to go with X3 for the ease of disabling the switch. WOW, I could believe features and ease of this chip...

and that is why I recommend it to everyone I know. And that is why TX is a great group that outsells Xodus, because TX users stand by the excellent product and market it better than any stupid advertising campaign could.

AND, obviously TX has a strong userbase when there are 8 pages of posts of people that are anticipating this new bios

Yet another example of why I was so happy to dissolve the OzXodus partnership, at least now it will be blatantly obvious to the scene that it wasn't the OzX side making all the promises (which were broken) and hyping everything up in the OzXodus days.

Desperate times call for desperate measures they say, one thing I know is that Xodus wishes the Xenium sold a quarter of the number of units that Xecuter does.

I applaud Xecuter for having the balls to take the risks that make them #1 and for not doing everything they can to come up with some reason to appear on Xbox-Scene's news page.

Xenium owners who are still waiting for their official LCD install guide, XOS2 BFM or Skinning support should cut their loses and visit www.xecuter.com.au or any other official Xecuter store and enjoy the fruits of Team Xecuter's hard work and professional manufacturing capabilities and not waste anymore time swallowing bullshit & hype.

Yeah, I don't think these guy's will pose much of a threat, just trying to get some poor saps to buy Xbox modchips for Christmas.

I don't even have a X3 (not till tommorow!) but I'm still rooting for it. We have a huge fan base here, and tons of great reviews.
