Xport 360 with Datel Transfer Kit to Backup Game Saves

I recently installed the Datel Transfer kit (USB reader) that enables me to backup memory cards using the included Xchange 360 software. Xchange can only backup whole images of the card. I installed Xport 360 v1.07 software to extract the individual game saves from either the backed up images or directly from the card. I am able to extract the individual saves from the image but it does not recognize that the card is plugged into the reader. The window displays "no devices found." I installed Xplorer360 to try to read directly from the card and I get the message "cannot find a FATX drive to open!"

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I found a solution that works.

1. Do not install the drivers that came with the Datel Transfer kit. If you have installed them, manually uninstall them.

2. Download the x360memoryunitdrivers1.2 found here: XBox360 MU Drivers WinXP

3. Extract the file to a folder.

4. Plug in the Datel Transfer reader and memory card.

5. When asked for drivers, manually install drivers from the folders created in step 3.
