Xtreme 0800 Disc

is their a way to install 0800 to my drive without wasting a disc i only have one left. i now have Xtreme firmware, so now i just need to know if i can install the 0800 with sata cable instead of the disc

oh and now that i have Xtreme 53c is a good idea or not a good idea to go on xbox live
