Xtreme 5.3 Unplayable Discs

I have 2 xboxes a ms25 and ms28

Both now only play some discs since I upgraded the firmware

Also, tried making new backups and only some of them work.

Anyone else had this issue?

How can I put back the firmware I previously backed up from my 360?
