I try to flash my xbox360 dvd-drive now using Xtreme bootmaker since it seems easiest. Perhaps you wanna know that I have a P4P800-Deluxe motherboard. However, in the program i write in my serial number

360 Serial Number
xxxxxxx xxxx

Then choose
Xtreme 5.x A

Report as Samsung TS-H943A-MS25

Destination drive G:/ (this is where I have my USB-drive)

After this i go to General Options and open firmware and choose my xtreme52.rar

Then I go to MTKflash options. Use custom controller
List IDE-Drives and find Primary and Secondary IDE-channels, but they don't work.
So I continue and find
Ultra ATA storage controllers 24DB and Ultra ATA storage controllers 24D1
and in LIST SCSI controllers I just find A347SCSI controller.

The only one of these three that gives a ID and IO is Ultra ATA storage controllers 24D1, so I chose that one. Then I make the usb-drive bootable by checking the box at Create basic disc and pressing Create Disk.

But when I start the computer and try to flash I find the Pri Xtreme but nothing happens when trying xread or xflash.
When I press escape I usually get an error 52 I think it was, can't remember right now. Sometimes tough I get the 00 or 80 error.

So, what should I do?

Sorry for bad english, blame my teacher.
Thnx in advance

Get a Via Sata card for 20 bucks with sata cable. It can resolve your problems then trying to use your existing sata connections on your motherboard. In which it sounds like your using.
