RGH Yellow wire points..not tinning?

I have a Slim console here that i'm trying to use the Post QSB with, i'm trying to tin the points with rosin 0.7 solder, but it doesn't seem to be accepting it. I've cleaned the tip with tip cleaner, put flux on the points. Just no go..

I don't tin those points personally, just put the QSB in place, apply flux, tin the iron, and touch it to the point and the QSB until it flows into place. Not sure as the pics not clear but you might have fudged those points....

It wasn't my box, it was a "attempted RGH" i managed to tin a little bit of whatever was on the POST_OUT parts, and managed to directly wire the point to it. Continued with my coolrunner and it's glitching 5-10 seconds power on by RF board and 20 seconds by controller. I suppose i can mess around a bit more with the CPU_RST, but i'm happy with this for now.
