YES or NO? Help Needed

Yes or No the red,green,gray wire attachment is needed for the WIRE installation.


Ok I botched the pinheader method so I desoldered everything and moved on to the wire installation. There things went much smoother.

So I power on me xbox and walla nothing. the chip has 2 bright blue lights glowing and the protect light is lit(red or green). My attachment on the front of the xbox is lit red. The lan & hdd light are NOT lit.
ALL I GET IS THE NORMAL DASH

What swithes need to be on or off (ive tried on-on-off-off-off)

I HAVE A V1.6.
I've tried the quick press with no luck

dunno the prob my points all look good

any advice or comments are appreciated thanks

The grey wire is the D0 connection.

It's needed.
When you do a pinheader install there is the LPC that makes all those little board connections like the D0 and some other ones for you.

With the wire install you're going to have to do those yourself.
