All right im here with an update. texbook hacking the 360 for dummies is a must read ! after reading that i found out what i needed and i just got done ordering my sata card from newegg and also found a D162c drive which will be coming soon too So hel;lz yea im excited and cant wait to get started.

No doubt...everything you could possibly need, from a brilliant and dummy-proof tutorial to links to where you can buy all required hardware at various places on the internet are all here in one place. And the fact that Textbook still takes time to personally and patiently respond to so many noob questions (including my own when I was getting started) is rare nowadays and so valuable, at most other forums you're lucky to get a smart-a$$ reply about the search function which may or may not even work correctly. So let me say thanks to Textbook, caster420, PrimitiveX5 and everyone else who continue to make this place great!
