RGH Zephyr 4578 help

Okay since no one could reply to my other thread here we go. Im in need of some help. I cant get my console too boot xell to retrieve my cpu key. Coolrunner green light keeps flashing but i get no video using hdmi or av cables.

Programs used:
multibuilder v0.2
Jtag tool(latest verison)
xilinx for programing coolrunner.

its simply because its a zephyr . they are a pain in the ass . ive stopped trying to do them

i sold mine i'd been saving when i saw how many were having issues with them. donated one to the team too but i wonder now how much use it really was to them. at the end of the day they are pretty much as shoddy as xenon boards are so not really worth the effort IMO. hope you get sorted mate.

i've seen some say bestpigs software is better for the job but i'm not sure personally mate. i could be wrong as i've not done one yet and am reading everything i see on the rgh and could be mistaken.

i had a problem with my falcon that wouldnt glitch, was on for hours, then reprogrammed my coolrunner with "opus" glitch file and now glitches perfectly so i shouldnt see why not, give it a try

Just keep trying mate . Try diff .jed files and see what happens . Its still a too new to be sure of what works . Ive just had so many zephyrs either struggle to glitch or point blank refuse i tend to stick to the ones i know work, or at least advise people to get the ones i know work

give it a shot but if you dont have one just try a few different XSVF/jed files on you coolrunner

0.68nf cap on gnd and A

i done one zephyr and i sed jtag tool up to the freeboot image as it would boot that so made one with muit builder 3 and now works a treat boots everytime also used a .68 cap


maplins is the place to grab them in the uk

MY Zephyr is working fine am i lucky? the weird thing is i am running the alternate B wire wire right in between the pins of the coils on the bottom of the board

I've just done my Zephyr over the weekend using QSB and NAND-X updated via CK3i.
Booted into Xell perfect but doesn't even attempt to glitch into ggbuild or freeboot - No green light at all.
I managed to get it into GG once using the multibuilder and rawflash from Xell, then I tried to get clever and stick FB on it as I want to load games from the HDD, now it's back to not glitching and my NAND-X is showing in windows but not being detected by any flashing program.
Not trying to hijack your thread, just sharing my experiences.
I thought it may have been an issue with the CPUkey, is this case sensitive?
Can multibuilder build freeboot images?
Can we flash with a downraded NAND-X?
I'll try a few different files on the coolrunner when I get chance too and let you know if I get any decent results.
