I have a Zephyr with CB 4580 and exploitable dash. I have tried going through the Jtag tut for Zephyr 4580 (Falcon Xell with injected kv). It worked at first and booted Xell, but I was not quick enough to take a pic of the CPU key as it brought a bunch of errors. I then unplugged the power for a while and tried rebooting after connecting the network cable and DVD drive. I believe that I may have pressed the power button instead of eject, I don't remember. It then gave me red flashing lights (lights 1, 3, and 4) after just a second. The fan turned off immediately and the red lights continued flashing. I tried reflashing to the original nand and power cycling but still no use. I keep getting the same error. There is no video output so it doesn't show me the actual error code. I even tried flashing the xell bin again and still nothing.

Could it be that I blew the cpu fuse? I'm pulling my hair out over this.

I would appreciate if anyone can give me advice on what to try. Or am I out of luck?

I have gotten the secondary error code and it is E02.

This xbox has been sitting in my closet for a long time. I had thought it was not working. I pulled it out a while back and plugged it in and it booted straight up. I was surprised. I then checked and realized that it can be Jtagged since it had a very old dash and an exploitable CB.

I believe this console has had the RROD before. I honestly don't know. However, I did remove the x-clamps and cleaned the old thermal compound and applied new thermal compoud before trying it again. Still no changes though. I still get the same E02 error.

Can anyone make any suggestions to me? I would greatly appreciate it.

Is there any other information that would be relevant? I'm not sure what other information would help.

My guess is that this error is the reason it was sitting in your closet. Sounds like you have a hardware issue with either the CPU or a power problem. See below.

This error code is caused by a cold solder joint under the CPU or by a problem with the way it is powered(blown mosfet, capacitor or a short)
According to xbox-scene it is also a problem with the ethernet chip but there arent any references for that.
