RGH Zephyr not glitching at all

Maybe I'm just lucky but I'm 3 of 3 with Zephyr's, I took this from one of my other posts, it's worked everytime and if I use just Jtag tools it wouldn't glitch:
Here’s what I did:
Flashed console to 13604 (option)
Flashed CR to Zephyr with Jtag Tools 4.25
Installed CR and all wiring( using QSB )
Built image_00000000.ecc with 360 Multi build .4
Flashed image_00000000.ecc with Jtag tools 4.25
Xell booted right up and got Keys
Built boot image with 360 Multi Build .4 and selected “ build image without Dash launch patches”
Moved nandflash.bin and xenon.elf to USB drive and put that in USB port and booted to Xell
Xell found my files and flashed my nand
I then shut down and pulled the power from the console and waited 30 sec. or so and powered up
One green flash later I had the NXE dash.

only thing different in your list is I haven't used 360 multi build 0.4 yet....

Feel sorry for you. I simply cant imagine messing up and xbox and being under so much stress hope it works out and where the hell is martin? Anyways why dont you give up on zephrys after dumb issue is sorted?

Im now in the same boat mate so going to subscribe to this thread.
Done loads of these now but its the first Zephyr. Checked wiring. Resoldered. Refluxed. Multimeter to check continuity. Got a mag light which I have checked connections with.
She just sits there with the CR switching between red and green and the RF board just blinking away at me.

remove your crap from the bored and use it on a diff console is my Opinoin just way to much errors for zephrys.
Problem is, this is for a customer, and I have no swap out boards for him....I think at this point I may need to go back to stock, and send it back, but I'm wondering if there is an issue with the timing file that hasn't been tested enough?
I'm going to try another coolrunner just to rule that out, but then I'm at a loss lol

well i'm now in a similar boat mate. my mate turned up with his zephyr last night so cracked on. booted xell first time 
yay i thought. oh how wrong can one yay be. write freeboot. nothing. not even a green light to let me know she's trying to glitch? write orig nand back and boots pefect, reflash the ecc, boots xell first attempt and on cr good strong green light. write dash nothing again. it is ready to be fired from the 3rd floor window of my house big time. spent hours reflashing this that and the other, creating fb with jtag tool and 360multibuilder, shifting wires, resoldering wires, the works. no changes but the damn thing will boot xell first glitch every time if its just the stock dash and ecc written!!!! it can kiss my arse now lmfao its getting a swap out 100%
and i have all this still to come with my one

I have gave up now. I tried another coolrunner just incase and no luck. Took the boards out and put it in a falcon and he can have that instead. I will keep hold of the Zeph until something is released to make them work.
well seeing as i just noticed i've been using multibuilderv2 i'll be having another go today with the latest then giving up also if it doesn't work. zephyrs of all things are not worth this kind of grief lol

Can you post pictures of your soldering? No green light is generally a soldering issue. Also make sure your wires are away from the coils.

Sorry just read op again and your lights are on... Try insulating the wires with electrical tape as well.

ZEPHS !!! got 1 ere done 30 installs flawlessly hit a zepha ant i its not glitching at all green lights tested all my solder am stumped strong green light flashing at intervals deffo swap out time !!!
i've had a zephyr that i taught would never glitch.. finally i got it working. i didn't do anything special to it, it's just that it only glitches after it warms up. so first time it's turned on, you have to give it about 2min. it doesn't glitch, but if i restart it after the the first 2 min of not glitching, it glitches and it's fine (10-30 sec glitch). so bottom line, maybe try to let it warm up a bit...
Totally opposite my end matey it glitches once every few hours well it boots to xell and display the keys for me but it wont boot at all again after that it has to have a few hours unplugged then it will glitch but if it fails on 1st boot your looking at a 5 hour turn off period.... well it fails as a RGH but i flashed it back to stock so it sits on xbox live now and thats were its staying lol..........
ive been scratching my head for about two weeks tring to get my zephyer to glitch. ive gone over every forum that and tryed everything, i never got past xell, even when i flashed from xell. so i decided to update to 14699 and then try and now i have rgh zephyer. dont if updateing did any thing but i thoght id share it with u, it cant hurt.

I'm in exact same situation like you. Every single word described in your original post fits my problem. This is my second Zephyr I'm doing for customer. The first went flawlessly and I haven't had a single issue. That's what I have expected from this second one, but after three nigts of trying everything possible I'm at loss.
Got three matched NAND dumps, wired everything up, programmed CR as usual, created .ecc and wrote it to NAND using NandPro v3. CR just blinking green, fans are spinning up and down but NO XELL.
It was originally on DB 13146 so after reading this thread I did upgrade to 13604. No changes. Tried with and without DVD drive, no changes. Tried repositioning the wires on the bottom of the board to avoid coils, no changes.
When I turn CR OFF (switch set to PRG mode) and write orig. NAND back, it booting without problem.
I'd really like to know if there's something else I can do to get it working. If so, it's no problem to spend another few nights of trying. But makes me crazy wasting the time knowing that this have no solution. Same as you, I hate to be beaten!
If anyone in charge have experience with the same problem or know something that I don't, or is sure that this just simply hasn't any solution, please let us know.

diaboliq aint on at the moment m8, he been in a rta, ok from what i no but not been on the forums for a few weeks
