RGH Zephyr not glitching on HDMI??

Having a bit of a strange issue with a Zephyr board.

The console boots fine when a component cable is connected.

When I connect a HDMI lead the console doesnt glitch. The green light flashes once and doesnt attempt to flash again.

(The HDMI lead is the only video output connected at the time)

Any possible reasons for this??

had the same issue on a few consoles, not sure if its the same for you but the hd tvs i used had to be on the correct hdmi channel or they wouldnt boot. sorry but thats all i can suggest as i havnt had the issue since

ive read that some people got it working when they had the component plugged in also

Still no joy!

I've tried to get it to boot with both cables plugged in, but it wont.

I've also tried it with the HDMI channel already selected on the tv, again no joy!

More info please. HDMI will not work when trying to boot to xell. Also when trying to boot RGH you need to use composite and not component cables.

By any chance, have you tried a new HDMI cable?

A glitched console will boot fine with component or HDMI cables.

Yes they will. But it is not stated as to if he is trying to boot to xell or the normal dash.

XeLL Reloaded works with both outputs.

The point is we have no idea what he is using and just assuming stuff. This is a very vague question and no real info. We would assume he's trying boot to the dash but that is not stated.

I'm trying to boot to dash via HDMI and its not glitching

But it works perfect booting to Xell AND Dash when the component cable is plugged in

I've also soldered The earth wire to the ethernet ports incase that was causing an issue.

Still not glitching from HDMI though

No, it doesnt glitch at all with just the HDMI inserted

What did you use to build your image?

360 multibuilder I think. Just followed Coolshrimps tool
