Here’s what I did:

Flashed console to 13604
Flashed CR to Zephyr with Jtag Tools 4.25
Installed CR and all wiring( using QSB )
Built image_00000000.ecc with 360 Multi build .4
Flashed image_00000000.ecc with Jtag tools 4.25
Xell booted right up and got Keys
Built boot image with 360 Multi Build .4 and selected “ build image without Dash launch patches”
Moved nandflash.bin and xenon.elf to USB drive and put that in USB port and booted to Xell
Xell found my files and flashed my nand
I then shut down and pulled the power from the console and waited 30 sec. or so and powered up
One green flash later I had the NXE dash.

It will boot on the first or second glitch every time, I’m not sure what I’m doing right but I’m 3 out 3 on these Zephyr’s
I think it’s all about wire routing and clean soldering, Maybe over heating a resistor might change its resistance or something, just a thought but they are working great for me.;)

Did you use QSB's on all of them? Pics of your routing?

I just did a zephyr with 4578 CB and didn't have any problems except having varied boot times, usually 3-30 seconds. Also tried a 68nF capacitor for the heck of it and it would just keep trying to glitch. I used wires, no QSB's.

ok I have a question for you I am at the point of the hack where nandflash.bin and

xenon.elf
need to be installed but I cannot get the console to detect the USB. So I am stuck

right now and don't know what to do at this point... Is there a specific way that I have to

put them onto the USB? Do I have to name the folder something?

You put them on USB flash drive that is formated to FAT32 and just put them in root dir. just on USB drive. I put the drive on the front port and used the exject button to boot Xell and it found it.

Also I first flashed Xell with Jtag tools but I made the .ecc image with 360 Multi Build .4 and used Jtag tools to flash Xell, then Xell found my USB drive.
It take a minute before it starts flashing

Didn't work for me, all soldering is perfect, created ECC file through all the various tools out there, just get the blinking green light every 5 seconds or so. Fans gradually speed up more and more the longer the console has been on, sounds like its resetting just not booting Xell at all.

I'm having the same Problem he is. My first Zephyr is perfect, boots instantly, My falcon is alittle wierd but still glitches, But this second Zephyr just doesn't want to boot Xell, just gets a green blinking light...

I'm hoping Xecuter can help out, i know the boards are Zephyrs and a pain in the arse but there must be a workaround!

I'm just sat waiting patiently with a problem Zephyr. It's been dismantled for a couple of weeks now mocking me from the side. I'm not even going to bother re-assembling it on the off chance each new day brings a fresh idea that might be the one thing that helps. I know it WANTS to, I get the green blinking LED but never not once Xell.
I have just done another Jasper (with cap) and that boots bang on. Even he problem Falcon from the other week boots instantly now. If I just hd something new to try. I've now done almost 2 dozen coolruners. The only failures I've had are ones with incorrect CB (MS repairs?). This is now a constant thorn in my side.

I've got my Zephyr working fine following this tut, I did move the CPU_RST wire from the hole to run over the top of the board, though it still glitched into Xell fine with it through the hole.
I wonder if there are particular HW versions of the Zephyr that may be causing inconsitencies?

It's a Zephyr, some may glitch better than others but they all have a problem glitching, today I found my first "Pain in the ass Zephyr" it will not glitch for 20 to 30 seconds more than half of the time, I have not found anything that will help, maybe TX will come up with a better glitch timing for the CR, that's where I'm at right now with Zephyr.
